Pyrography literally means “fire writing”.   Stippling, shading, skewing – various techniques produce effects that, when combined, create a picture that looks almost realistic.  Also just referred to as woodburning, you’ll learn the basics of this engaging and relaxing technique in this 2-hour workshop.   We’ll provide the prepared wood  as well as all the woodburning tools needed to make a set of four basswood coasters.
