Wood & Resin End Table Workshop

Create a stunning art piece that combines the natural beauty of wood with the modern elegance and color pop of resin in this hands-on workshop. Using a hollow wood cookie (a cross-section of a tree trunk) as the base, you’ll learn how to transform this organic piece into a decorative art piece for your home.

• Session 1: Begin by preparing your wood cookie and designing your resin pour. Instructors will guide you through cleaning, sanding, and sealing the wood to ensure a smooth and long-lasting finish.  In the second part of the class, choose from a variety of vibrant or subtle resin colors to pour into the hollow center, creating a unique design that complements the natural wood grain and your style! Learn essential resin techniques, including mixing, pouring, and curing.
• Session 2:  You’ll do the finishing and polishing for your piece and be ready to hang it when you get home!

By the end of the class, you’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind wall hanging that’s perfect for your home or as a thoughtful handmade gift. This workshop is open to all skill levels, and all materials and tools are provided. Let your creativity shine and create a piece that highlights the beauty of natural wood and resin artistry.
