Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. If a defect in craftsmanship is found within 3 months of sale, Grand Inspired will correct the defect. Variation in grain, color, and texture are inherent to wood and not considered defects. Improper environments or care of products can result in discoloration, cracks, movement of seams, or other undesirable outcomes. Grand Inspired is not responsible for defects caused by improper care of items.
