Blue Mahoe is the national wood of Jamaica and is rare to find in the United States. Its export from Jamaica itself is highly restricted. This particular piece came to be because of an adventurous seed. Occasionally, a migratory seed finds its way to Southern Florida and takes root just as this one did. After a full life this tree was harvested and sat waiting for the perfect project for several years.

This hall table has three sliding drawers made of curly maple and a waterfall edge from the rare blue mahoe. It would make a perfect entry table, vanity desk, or sofa table in your home.
