This handcrafted jewelry box class combines elegant design with woodworking techniques to create a piece that is both beautiful and functional. Participants will build a hardwood jewelry box featuring dramatic natural grain, a hinged lid, and felt-lined compartments perfect for organizing necklaces, rings, bracelets, or keepsakes. Participants can select from a variety of different wood species and compartment shapes.

Students will learn techniques including precision cutting, shaping, sanding, assembly, and finishing.  This class is perfect for anyone who enjoys handmade gifts,  jewelry, home décor, or creating meaningful keepsakes. It’s especially well-suited for beginners looking to build confidence with woodworking tools while creating something elegant and personal.  The finished piece makes a meaningful handmade gift or heirloom-quality addition to your home.

No prior woodworking experience is necessary — beginners are welcome and guided through each step of the process.
